The Module Process Engineer is primarily responsible for the introduction and promotion of new module products.
1. New Product Introduction: Collaborate with the factory to oversee the introduction of new camera module products, including developing introduction plans, coordinating cross-department collaboration, ensuring product compliance with quality standards, etc.
2. Engineering Support: Collaborate with the design team to provide engineering support and ensure product designs meet manufacturing and quality requirements.
3. Manufacturing Processes: Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for camera modules to ensure production efficiency and product quality.
4. Problem Solving: Assist in resolving technical issues during production, including process improvements, quality problem analysis and resolution, etc.
5. Product Validation: Lead the validation and testing activities during the trial production phase of module products to ensure compliance with specifications.
Job requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above in electronics, information technology, mechanical electronics, or related fields. 3-8 years of work experience, with preference given to those with experience in camera module NPI, process engineering, and product development.
2. Familiarity with the design, manufacturing, and testing processes of camera modules. Proficient in electronic, optical, and image processing knowledge related to modules.
3. Ability to draw simple circuit diagrams, with at least one complete product development and mass production experience. Proficiency in at least one drafting software and familiarity with structural design software.
4. Strong project management skills, with the ability to effectively organize and coordinate cross-departmental teams to drive project progress.

Bachelor's degree or above in Microelectronics, Electronic Engineering, Semiconductor Physics, or related fields. Research experience in photonic crystals and metamaterials during the academic stage is preferred.
Strong mathematical and physical foundation, with a deep understanding of the interaction between micro-nano structures and electromagnetic waves. Proficient in electromagnetic wave simulation methods such as FDTD and RCWA.
Complete the simulation design of micro-nano structures and optimize the design based on test results according to company business needs.
Proficiency in GDS layout design software such as Klayout is preferred. Coding skills are a plus.
